The WOMARK Sport Web site provides the possibility of making professional classified ads in all fields of sport activities :

• special sales offers (surplus stock, obsolete stocks, liquidation, etc.);
• research for new products;
• research for partners, distributors, agents, representatives, etc.;
• research for sponsors, teams, etc.

Due to the international character of Internet, it is strongly recommended to publish advertisements in the three basic languages covered by WOMARK Sport, namely : English, French and German.

Duration : the advertisements are registered for publication period of two months, but which can be extended.

Three types of advert :

1 - Basic advertisement : the advertisement clearly indicates the name and address of companies making the ad and interested parties will contact them directly.

2 - Anonymous advertisement (box number) : replies to the ad will be regrouped by WOMARK Sport and forwarded to the advertiser.

3 - Totally anonymous advertisement : in this case, a commercial company which is a member of the WOMARK group will act as intermediary for the sale of the goods under its own trade name, and so ensure total anonymity. At no time can the purchaser know the identity of the company making the ad, that is the original seller of the goods.

PATENT RIGHTS

Goods proposed by classified advert with WOMARK Sport must be original models manufactured in the strict respect to all patent rights connected with the trademarks concerned.

The advertisements are made under the sole responsibility of the company proposing the goods, WOMARK Sport in no way can be held responsible for non-respect of patent rights associated with the goods proposed.
